Nichetech is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager for Nichetech, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the enterprise segment. This role involves identifying and engaging key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and promoting Nichetech solutions as the optimal choice to address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients through strategic market research, networking, and lead-generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads for ongoing sales efforts.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, HR leaders, and L&D professionals, to gain insights into their organizational challenges and training requirements.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Smartonsite's solutions.

Solution Selling:

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of Smartonsite's training programs in addressing the specific needs of enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective clients to secure new business opportunities.
  • Drive the sales process from initial contact through contract execution and closure.

Account Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (an MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the ed-tech or training industry.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering education landscape is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
