We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development within the software development industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding market presence in the software sector.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve the company's software sales and revenue goals.
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients through various channels such as networking, market research, and lead generation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their software needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a unified approach towards business goals.
  • Create compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations showcasing the value proposition of our software solutions to clients.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures while adhering to company guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the network and promote our software offerings.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team to enhance their skills and performance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in business development within the software development industry.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, development processes, and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in crafting persuasive presentations, proposals, and conducting client demonstrations.
  • Strategic thinker with effective negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Experience in utilizing CRM tools and other relevant software for managing business development activities.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.

Salary Range: Based on the Interview Assessment (40K TO 50K ) IN 10% Par sales
