Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React, Node.js, MongoDB, and SQL to build scalable web applications and robust backend services. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and delivering seamless user experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to develop modern, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js

1. Build RESTful APIs and backend services
2. Develop responsive and high-performance front-end interfaces
3. Work with MongoDB and SQL databases for data modeling and optimization
4. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional interfaces
5. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications
7. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
8. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability
9. Contribute to architecture and technology decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Full Stack development
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
3. Hands-on experience with React.js
4. Solid backend development experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS)
5. Experience working with MongoDB and SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
6. Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
7. Experience with Git and version control workflows
8. Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
9. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
