We are looking for an experienced Software Delivery Manager who can successfully manage multiple software development projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, exceptional client satisfaction, and high-quality execution.

Role Overview

The Software Delivery Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects involving Web, Mobile Apps, APIs, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, and Enterprise Applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Client Stakeholders.

This role requires balancing delivery timelines, quality, client expectations, budgets, risks, and team productivity across multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

1. Manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
2. Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
3. Own complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
4. Ensure milestone-based execution.
5. Drive Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
6. Monitor project health daily.
7. Identify delivery risks proactively.
8. Resolve bottlenecks quickly.
9. Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Management

1. Act as the primary delivery contact for clients.
2. Conduct requirement clarification meetings.
3. Present project plans and milestones.
4. Provide weekly and monthly status updates.
5. Manage client expectations professionally.
6. Handle escalations effectively.
7. Conduct Steering Committee meetings.
8. Ensure transparent communication.
9. Build long-term client relationships.

Team Leadership

Manage multiple teams consisting of:

4. Backend Developers
5. Mobile Developers
