UI UX Designer and HTML Developer

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & HTML Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in designing user-centric interfaces and converting them into clean, responsive HTML/CSS pages. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, usability principles, and a solid understanding of front-end development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

1. Understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs to create intuitive user flows.
2. Design high-quality wireframes, mockups, prototypes (low and high fidelity).
3. Create clean, modern, and consistent UI designs for web and mobile applications.
4. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations when required.
5. Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams for design alignment.
6. Ensure brand consistency across all product interfaces.

HTML/CSS Development

1. Convert UI designs into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts.
2. Develop reusable front-end components with clean and well-structured code.
3. Ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices.
4. Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and accessibility.
5. Work with developers to integrate HTML templates into various technology frameworks.

Required Skills

Design Skills

1. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (Figma is mandatory).
2. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, grid systems, and layout design.
3. Ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.

Front-End Skills

1. Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind (optional but preferred).
2. Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery is a bonus.
3. Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.

Other Skills

1. Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
2. Ability to take feedback positively and iterate designs.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Experience

1. 2–3 years professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
2. Portfolio showcasing design work and responsive HTML samples is mandatory.
